In June of 2021 we got a test unit in the hands of one of their best technicians. He immediately started benefiting from Jaltests ability to handle John Deere Tractor equipment.
By September of 2021 we started rolling out 20 Jaltest units across the organization.
The Problem
The company was currently utilizing Jpro, which was only capable of handling commercial vehicles (with limitations to even those).
This posed a huge problem for the organization as they had thousands of other various equipment types. They were spending approximately $100,000+ a year on getting dealer level techs out to job sites.
